The lobby's presentation and exterior design truly stood out, reflecting a cultural immersion. However, the overall experience was lacking. Despite the 24-hour front desk for guest convenience, the staff appeared unfriendly and unresponsive to housekeeping and room service requests, impacting the stay negatively.Exploring the architectural wonder of the nearby Qutub Minar was a highlight, offering a glimpse into the Mughal era's grandeur. The hotel's facilities, including three restaurants and conference amenities, catered to varied needs. While complimentary wireless Internet and concierge services were beneficial, the unwelcoming atmosphere and lack of responsiveness from staff diminished the overall experience. The provision of free valet parking was a convenient touch amidst the mixed encounters during the stay.
